Pada tanggal 22-23 Januari 2023 Tim Penerbit YPSIM Banten melakukan Liburan ke salah satu pantai yang terdapat di Provinsi Banten, tepatnya di Desa Sawarna Kabupaten Lebak Banten. Tujuan kami mengunjungi pantai sawarna untuk berlibur sekaligus evaluasi kinerja. Perjalanan dimulai pukul delapan pagi hari minggu dan sampai di vila tempat tim menginap pukul satu siang, kurang lebih lima jam perjalanan dari Kota Serang serta menempuh jarak kurang lebih 145 KM. Meskipun perjalanan yang cukup panjang tetapi kami dimanjakan dengan pemandangan-pemandangan nan indah. Selama perjalanan tak terasa waktu berlalu begitu cepat, apalagi dengan diskusi santai serta saling berbagi pengalaman pribadi yang dilakukan selama perjalanan menambah keseruan obrolan kami di dalam mobil. Sesampainya di desa sawarna ternyata kendaraan yang kami gunakan tidak bisa masuk sampai depan penginapan karena harus melewati jembatan kecil, akhirnya kendaraan terparkir di lapangan tepat depan jembatan tersebut.
Kami berjalan kaki sampai penginapan dengan jarak kurang lebih 500 Meter ditengah perjalanan langkah kami terhenti karena hujan lebat, akhirnya kami berteduh di salah satu rumah warga sekitar, hujan pun berhenti kami melanjutkan berjalan sampai di penginapan yang kami sewa. Pemanandangan indah terlihat jelas dari teras penginapan, pantai deruan ombak serta perahu nelayan dapat kami lihat dari teras.
Sore hari kami melakukan evaluasi kinerja untuk mmperbaiki layanan serta terus berinovasi guna tercapainya kepuasaan customer dari pelayanan kami. Selesai berdiskusi kami lanjutkan dengan menikmati keindahan pantai malam hari deruan ombak nan terdengar menambah sensasi betapa asiknya liburan kami. Malam hari kami dihidangkan dengan pemandangan perahu-perahu nelayan yang sangat memanjakan mata kami, karena gemerlapnya lampu-lampu yang dipancarkan dari perahu nelayan, ditambah dengan obrolan yang menarik dari salah satu tim menambah keseruan malam ini.
Agenda pagi hari kami lanjutkan menuju ke pantai sawarna sembari menikmati pasir putih, terlihat aktifitas warga sekitar serta rombongan yang berdatangan untuk berlibur di pantai sawarna. Tak luput kami pun berfoto-foto selama di pantai sekaligus menikmati keindahan yang ditawarkan oleh alam semesta. Kami berjalan di pesisir pantai ditemani dengan batu karang serta pasir putih yang halus. Tak lupa kami pun berfoto di Tanjung Layar.
Menjelang siang hari kami bergegas pergi ke penginapan sekaligus packing-packing barang bawaan karena hari itu juga kami harus kembali ke Kota Serang serta akan memulai aktifitas seperti semula. Alhamdulillah pukul empat sore akhirnya kami tiba di Kota Serang dengan memakan waktu kurang lebih lima jam perjalanan.
